Cadogan Gardens - Chelsea


With capital values now exceeding £2500 per square foot, the valuable real-estate of Chelsea’s Cadogan Gardens requires a special type of care and attention to keep it in optimum condition. Disappointed with the impersonal service they were receiving from their nationally block manager, this group of RTM residents moved their management over to 1st Asset’s more boutique service in 2013. 

 

Since then, we’ve refurbished the interior, reduced their annual insurance premiums by 12%, and helped maintain good relations in a leaseholder community of four different nationalities and a mix of landlords, investors, and owner-occupiers.



Cromwell Road - South Kensington


A blended block of Victorian period-conversion & 1970s purpose built , this South Kensington block of 14 units was in a disappointing state of repair when 1st Asset took over block management in 2012.  Serious failures in fire-safety provision meant that making the building a safe place to live was our first priority.

 

Since then we’ve organised full interior refurbishment and carried-out long overdue repairs to the heritage infrastructure such as the marble steps. These works have lifted rental values, and given a community of thirteen investor-leaseholders confidence that their building is in good hands in their absence.


 


Nevern Square - Earls Court


Presented to us in immaculate, newly refurbished condition, this block of six apartments in central Earls Court requires a steady hand to keep in tip-top condition.  Impeccable contractor credentials, and a close eye on all service-suppliers have been the order of the day to make sure the leaseholders get maximum value from their investment. 

 

We’re pleased to report that everything is going well, with four of the six owners in this block since approaching us to request our help with their property needs in other areas – as prospective block manager to their other buildings, and sales agent and lettings agent respectively.
